Cool Mint Burgers

Ingredients:

one half slice dry toast (or equivalent bread crumbs)
20 fresh mint leaves
one quarter white onion

Chop toast, mint, and onion very finely, or run through a food processor.

Add:

1 pound Morgan Valley Ground Lamb
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well, and sauté, broil or barbecue. Cool Mint Burgers can be served with hummus and fresh vegetables, on a pita bread with yogurt sauce, or on a bun with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
