Spicy Lamb Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:

1
Lb. Morgan Valley ground lamb
½ white onion, chopped
½ tsp. garam masala
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. ground coriander
Pinch of red chile pepper or red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
3 oz. tomato paste
14 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles (preferably Muir Glen fire roasted)

Method:  

1.        In large pan, crumble lamb and add onion and spices.
2.        Cook on medium-high heat until lamb is cooked (about 10 minutes).
3.        Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes and heat through.
4.        Serve on lightly toasted white rolls.
