Linda & Gary's Lamb Casserole

Start with:
1 - 1 1/2 cups cooked leg of lamb, chopped

Sautee:
1 medium onion
1-2 cloves garlic

Add:
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
2 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
Green olives, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced or chopped

Blend in:
Golden Mushroom Soup, diluted. (Use enough to make ingredients hold together.)

Put ingredients into oiled, glass baking dish, and sprinkle top with:
Grated parmesian cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
