"Leftover" Leg of Lamb Sandwich 
        from Linda Hansen

Ingredients:

Slices of Focaccia Bread (or any other good crusty bread)
Sliced Morgan Valley Leg of Lamb, cold
Mayonnaise
Fresh Arugela
Mint Jelly (optional)

P.S. Be sure to make enough lamb when cooking to have leftovers!
