Morgan Valley Lamb 
Italian Sausage Dinner

Sauté:
8 links Morgan Valley Lamb Italian Sausages

Prepare:
8-14 oz. penne pasta (depending on your family’s appetite)

Heat:
1 26 oz.bottle of your favorite marinara or bisilico sauce
1 cup fresh button mushrooms

Arrange Italian sausages around the edges of a large serving dish. Fill the center of the serving dish with penne pasta, and smother with warmed marinara sauce and mushrooms.  Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.  Garnish with fresh parsley.

For another variation of this recipe:

Warm a 26 oz. bottle of Alfredo Sauce and fold in one cup of chopped fresh roma tomatoes. Pour over cooked penne pasta.  Set along side the cooked Italian Lamb Sausage and garnish with fresh basil.

Both recipes serve 4 people and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
